REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following refund and cancellation policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing or using Games i.e. Point Rummy, Carrom, Ludo and other skill-based games offered on the Platform through Our Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Games”), which can be accessed via downloading the application (hereinafter referred to as “App/Application”) from www.playbeegames.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and run by BREATHINGROBO GAMERS LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Breathingrobo”, “Playbee”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”), having its registered office at 104, Ambika CHSL, Mahada colony, Laxmi Nagar, Ghatkopar east, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India- 400075.
Playbee advises You to thoroughly read this Policy as it legally binds any person ("User/s" or "You" or "Your") utilizing the App/Website and this Policy forms part of Our Game and Website's Terms & Conditions (Hereinafter “Terms”). In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms solely with respect to renewals, cancellations or refunds, this Policy shall prevail.
Please read the rules of each Game and contest before participating.
We appreciate Your subscription. We hope You are satisfied. In the event, if You are not completely satisfied with Our services for any reason, You have the liberty to cancel the subscription from Us. Our Policy for refund and cancellation is as follows:
Refund Policy:
A transaction, once confirmed, is final, and no cancellation is permitted. Playbee may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Any request for a refund will not be entertained, except when the reasons provided are genuine and proved after investigation, subject to the sole discretion of Playbee.
Any amount received by Playbee shall be non-refundable except where the contest has been cancelled or where there has been an error in the services. Further, the amount will be refunded (if any) in the designated wallet (hereinafter referred to as “Wallet”) created in the Application.
In case of any technical failures, server crashes, breakdowns, software defects, disruption or malfunction of service at Our end, We may cancel the game(s) and refund the participation amounts to the designated Wallet after proper verification and no service fee will be charged for such games. Furthermore, if there is a disruption or disconnection at Your end or due to third-party, We reserve the right to cancel the refund for participation amount.
If, in a transaction performed by You on the App/Website, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and respective amount is not added to Your Wallet (created in the App) within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform Us by sending an e-mail to help@playbeegames.com from Your registered e-mail address. Please include the following details in the e-mail – Your (i) mobile number, (ii) transaction value, (iii) transaction date and (iv) transaction ID. We will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged by Us from Your card or bank account without transfer of the balance in Your Wallet (created in the App), then You will be refunded the money within Seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of Your e-mail.
To the extent permissible under the applicable law, all payments are non-refundable except specifically mentioned under this Policy, and We do not provide refunds or store credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Playbee’s services or content, in part, or in full.
For the sake of clarity, You will not receive a refund for the subscription fee, if You have already paid for Your current subscription period. Further, You are free to discontinue use of the Game on the App at any time. In case Your Wallet has a positive User account balance, it will be non-refundable as the withdrawal of any prize money or money deposited in the Wallet including any bonus money (if any) remitted by Playbee is non-transferable and prohibited for withdrawal/encashment.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not cancel subscription on unreasonable grounds, however, in case of exceptional circumstances wherein the fault may lie with the payment gateway or from our side, We may cancel Your participation on request and refund the entry fee/subscription fee to You within a reasonable amount of time subject to Our sole discretion.
We may cancel Your subscription or delete your account from the Website/application if You share or transmit content or details that are harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, hateful or otherwise discriminatory, false or misleading, or incites an illegal act. Also, You shall not intimidate or harass another through the App/Games; and, You may not post or transmit any personally identifiable information about persons without obtaining such persons express permission to so through the App/Website.
We may cancel Your Subscription if You impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity when using the App/Website. Further, You shall not use or attempt to use another’s account or personal information; and, You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App/Website, or the computer systems or networks connected to the App/Website, through hacking password mining or any other means.
Playbee has mandated e-KYC of all the Users in the event of cancellation of transaction/refund more particularly mentioned in the Terms.
Your subscription shall continue till end of subscription period. If you wish to discontinue, You must ensure that You do not renew Your plan before Your subscription period ends. However, if you wish to continue Your Subscription, You shall requests Five (5) business days prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You agree and acknowledge that the cancellation of Your account/Wallet or a particular subscription shall not entitle Breathingrobo Gamers LLP to refund any amounts to You. You are also solely responsible for any amounts owed to third-party vendors or content providers before Your cancellation. Any unpaid fees and other unresolved issues with Playbee must be settled within Twenty-Four (24) hours of due date by emailing us at help@playbeegames.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
You agree and acknowledge that We shall have the unilateral right to restrict, cease/terminate Our relationship with You at Our sole discretion without any reason and no amount, cash back (if any), or pro-rata refund shall be applicable in such an event.
